Product information
We try our best to keep product names, photos, specifications, prices and stock on this website correct and up to date. Small mistakes can still happen. Photos are for illustration – the colour, box and accessories of the actual product may look slightly different. If a price or detail is clearly wrong, we will contact you before confirming your order and you may cancel it.
Prices and offers
Prices, offers, coupons and EMI plans can change without notice and depend on stock. Bank and EMI offers are given by the bank or finance company, not by Vijay Mobile World, and their terms apply.
Brands and warranty
All brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Vijay Mobile World is an independent retailer and is not the official store of any brand unless stated. Brand warranty is given by the manufacturer and is handled at their authorised service centres as per their terms.
Second-hand (pre-owned) phones
Pre-owned phones are checked by us and their condition, battery health, age and box contents are described honestly on each product page. Small signs of use are normal. Any shop warranty on a used phone is only what is written on its product page.
Your data and device
Before giving a phone for exchange or repair, please back up your data and remove your accounts and screen lock. We are not responsible for data lost on such devices.
Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites (payment pages, maps, social media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation
The information on this website is for general shopping help. To the extent the law allows, Vijay Mobile World is not responsible for any indirect loss from using this website. Nothing here takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.
